Starbucks Coffee - esville

I have never written a review so if you want a honest opinion, here you go:most of the time i come through here and it is wonderful and the people are so nice! however, today i went through the drive through and the barista was so incredibly rude, my drink was an absolute mess and she didn’t clean it up when she handed it to me. when i grabbed it and noticed it was spilling she said “oops”. not to mention my drink tasted AWFUL. i usually love this starbucks. if i'm already having a bad day and need a “pick me up”, it’s safe to say i will not be coming to this one.

Place an online order and didn't order it the way I meant to. Joe was able to quickly get it fixed for me and save my Friday morning. Thanks Joe, you're awesome!

The lady working was very rude and the coffee was only half way filled .

Total incompetence! Avoid! Unless you place zero value on your time.Poor culture. Employees seemed beyond miserable abs it showed in the service.

I would like to sincerely thank the starbucks staff for their patience, courtesy, and service. I had lost an item here that the starbucks staff had looked for during closing.
