What Matt I doesn't like about Shawarma Royal:
Called to place my take out order in advance the other day. The owner said you come here and order and hung up.OK, I gave them another try by visiting them this time. Beef Kebab was made of ground beef, not real meat. Food was so so. A run down place, smelly and workers stare at you. As you may notice, I am a generous reviewer but this place is a no go for me. read moreRoyal restaurant offers a diverse menu, but the chicken shawarma was disappointing. Customers found portions lacking compared to other shawarma spots. One experienced terrible service with mushy kebabs, while another endured a long wait only to be ignored. On a positive note, the beef shawarma was flavorful with good bread. The authentic Iraqi dishes received rave reviews, especially the kebabs and Börek. Despite occasional sellouts, the family-run business excels in fresh, flavorful meals. While some improvements are needed, the delicious food makes Royal worth a visit.
