I always buy the rye bread in one piece at the Nussbaumer bakery because the slicer on site cuts slices that are too thick for me. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality of the bread is a lot to worry about. It is often very greasy, not baked properly and it falls apart when I cut it, even though I have left it for two days. The staff really needs to pay more attention here. Great bakery in Ettlingen. We love the baked goods from Nussbaumer. The price-performance ratio is right here! We can also recommend the cake.
