"I think Hermann's only does cheese and cold meat platters, so we chose to go at lunchtime and had a mixed platter. It was delicious- lovely mix of cheeses and antipasti meats, with crunchy bread. They offered a (free) glass of house wine as this...was our first visit. Service very good and as it was sunny we sat outside- perfect way to spend a lunchtime in St Valery! Definitely recommend."

"We really enjoyed our evening at le Mathurin. Although a limited menu it was evident that the food had been prepared with care and the fish was so fresh. Sfaff were helpful efficent and polite"

"Really disappointed arrived at 18.30 to eat early 21.00 passed mains not cleared and no dessert offered if we’d waited for desserts it would have been breakfast Food well starters to be fair were good but not one main course was worth the money or actually enjoyable as they were so late to come out Tried to look for one if the TWO serving team but they were not available it responsive to client needs Complained and the only response was ‘oh sorry’ basically we have tourists every night who won’t come back so what do we care ??? Good fun for us to be together but what a waste of money who could enjoy mains after 2 hours at the table ?"
