While visiting Eugene, my husband and I chose 1960 Cocina. It was a great dinner. We both had the Pollo Asado. Grilled chicken served with a lime crema sauce, rice, beans, guacamole corn tortillas. It was superb. Flavorful chicken, delicious sauce, tasty sides. Service was friendly and attentive. Lovely atmosphere and decor. We loved it. Food service was quick. Highly recommend. read more.

Honest opinion is this; its better to have quality food than food that looks pretty, its clear they have spent the time to make food look good but the time should have been spent creating quality dishes.An interesting restaurant to walk into.
