Bea's Cart - Eugene

What Miriam Herrmann likes about Bea's Cart:
Absolutely delicious, they're kind and make such great rolled ice cream. They also do vegan options which my friend got and they said they couldn't tell it was even vegan, 10/10 place I wish I lived closer to it. View all feedback.

What Miriam Herrmann doesn't like about Bea's Cart:
We visited on a whim, looking for more local ice cream than having to drive downtown. We loved the novelty of the rolled ice cream, and the flavors were pretty good. I'm a little let down by the mix being out of a box oand think that the quality wouldbe more inline with the price with some scratch made ice cream.
