Was in Eugene and stayed here with my sister when we recognized the restaurant we wanted to have closed 5 years ago. We have Veggie Nachos and they were SO GOOD! So disappointed on my last visit to Burrito Boy W 11th. I always order the veggie nachos with carnitas. This time it was so bad I threw it out. Did they change recipe to lower cost like a lot of places are doing ? Or new cooks ?Even the habanero sauce tasted watered down.
