I found out at the last minute that I would be needing to provide the food for my grandson's wedding and I live in another state so was not familiar with any catering companies in Eugene, OR. When I contacted her, she was up against my order/request on a Wednesday for a Saturday wedding and she managed to accommodate the last minute request and prompt delivery to the location.
