The posted hours were inaccurate. We drove all the way to the restaurant, expecting it to be open on a Saturday as indicated online. However, when we arrived at 10:30 a.m., the place was dark and closed with no indication of when they would open. Terrible service. the delivery lasted 50 minutes, and I wait outside in 40 degrees weather for most of him. the van was stupid and went to the wrong place. the person on the phone was rude and began to complain about their own problems. I asked for a refund that I waited so long in the cold, and they didn't. not order from here
Rude service, rude service. I cannot believe the way 2 employees talked to us today.
Employees not wearing their masks. Bread was unreasonably thick (the wheat option), not confident that they’re following food safety or caring about anything at all. My guess is it’s a management issue. Food and health safety first! My experience did not instill confidence in me about the quality of my food. I will not be eating there again. Not that ya’ll care…But at least look like you give a dang.
This place is absolute trash! Zero customer service! Wouldn’t replace my order, even though they forgot to put the actual meat on my sandwich. I even gave the delivery a guy a fat tip. Said they were going to call law enforcement if I came down there to get my order remade. … they didn’t even put the correct flavor of chips in the bag either. This place has continually had bad service over the past year and hopefully goes out of business.Manager stated, “he wasn’t sorry cause they were busy”
Pretty sure I got sick from the food here. I hadn't eaten anything all day and chose to go here for dinner. Ate at 6 and by 1am I was praying to porcelain gods. Not sure if isolated incident
