AWESOME Customer Service! I was having difficulty with the app. I left my glasses at home (couldn't read the small print) and when I asked for assistance, Rylie (hope I spelled that correctly) came to my rescue immediately, with a smile! What Jacqueline Smith doesn't like about Subway:
I called and a very unhelpful girl answered, told me she wouldn’t take my order over the phone because “we are too busy for that”. She said I could use the app, but I don’t want the app. I went to the website to order and it was down. I explained to her that I had tried to use the website and it isn’t working and she said “I am sorry” and wouldn’t help me. Spent my 50 dollars somewhere else. View all feedback.
Can’t read to save their lives. I just ordered from there on the app and had special instructions and they didn’t read it obviously. Hire literate people.
I walked in with my family and the dark haired guy said we are out of bread sorry I was speechless.....
