Two cars before me when I moved in at 5.35. 35 minutes later I got my food and was hardly warm. Girl on the ride thru Taking orders was completely incompetent. She had fingernails so long that she could not use the tablet or credit card scanner. I had to give her my very simple order, #8 with onion rings and an average diet dr. You never go to Whataburger without waiting for people to calm down. Rolando is the best person! Always put a smile on your face by just taking your order. Great customer service.

Waited 25 minutes after ordering my food and watched people who ordered after me to get their food. Went to the counter to check and it was not ready yet, so I asked my money back the female manager came over never made eye contact only took my entrance and said "it will be back in your account in a day or two" and went away no excuse nothing. Worst customer service and the slowest place in Texas! You can order from a restaurant and get your food faster then this “fast food” SpotAbsolute hot garbage.
Quick and special order. Clean business, bright lights and friendly staff. When you arrive from DFW airport, skip the north and south end attached to the shell gas stations. These two overload and do not treat you very well. Take the extra time and go to Glade and pay the right price and get the service you deserve. Parking: Handicap at the doors and many regular parking spaces. Accessibility: wheelchair ramp and tables.
