If 0 stars were an option I would choose that. The employees were behaving very unprofessional and immature, running around inside and outside the building pouring ice water on other employees. My ice cream was served half melted and unfinished. It wasnot fully blended, it was mostly just vanilla ice cream. We sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes.
