"When I ordered the crispy duck, the server's eyes lit up and she excitedly told me how it was her favorite dish there and even her favorite thing to eat, period. As soon as I tasted it I had to agree. I've eaten duck for over 40 years and this was clearly the best. I can't vouch for the rest of their menu but for crispy duck, this place is tops. "I first ate here in 1994 and have returned dozens of times over the decades. Is there usually a long wait? Yes. Why? Seating is limited and IT’S THAT GOOD. Go upstairs, order a few drinks, play a game if you can find a bar table or go outside on the balcony to stargaze or watch the sunset. When you do get seated at your table, as soon as they bring you delicious hot bread and roasted garlic in olive oil and you spread that nutty goodness on a slice, you’ll forget about the wait. Order anything on the menu — it’s all ridiculously good. I ordered the ravioli Alfredo sauce with chicken added. It arrived without chicken and my husband said I didn’t ask for chicken so I didn’t mention it to our server. After we got home I looked at the receipt and we were charged for the added chicken I didn’t receive. That’s never happened here before, so oh well. Still not disappointed. The fresh pasta was delicious and I will continue to return as long as their doors are open."

"What a fantastic meal! The cocktail list was nice. I had the peach margarita and my date had the smoked manhattan. We ordered the grilled bread, grilled baby romaine salad and the bone-in short rib with asparagus. We ended our meal with an espresso martini, YUM!! Everything was delicious! Definite favorite and would highly recommend this restaurant."
