What Zoey Beahan doesn't like about Arby's:
I prefer the arby where I live. this arby was hard to find and difficult to reach. the order was wrong and it wasn't worth going back to the drive thru to get a replacement sandwich. they can be a good option if they are local and have time to work with them, but on a trip find something closer to the autobahn entrance and exit. 2 days in a row, we ordered and paid, yet a whole dinner was missing. Great thanks for that, I guess I didn't need Spoke with the manager this morning and she was very apologetic and replaced my meal
It's usually good. This weekend was challenging when the trip thru was broken and cars were sitting in the line more than 20 minutes before someone bothered to come out and mention. Not sure why they couldn't put a sign. But usually it is a great service, although I think they are underused by Kovid. Miss the galle with the southern accent. She was nice.
Love the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich with extra salate, extra ranch. their jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, and especially the white cheddar mac cheese are excellent. the service here is particularly good to late, enough of an improvement that I leave a review only now after I have been in the opposite for years.

Ordered a beef and cheese. that stuff they call cheese is not cheese. I don't know what it was, but it does not belong on any sandwich.
