"UPDATE : The owners went out of their way to contact me! He was very apologetic for what happened a few weeks ago, he invited me back to make things right. The service was soo much better this time around, never had to wait on any refills and the food was correct and came out super fast! Everything tasted wonderful. They even offered dessert, but we were already full! I hope that great service continues there!I 'm not one to write bad reviews and I always tip well, and this just made me frustrated. Went at 5 pm, not even busy yet. Waited 45 minutes for drinks and chips to be refilled. Got my order wrong. I sent it back, and I then asked for to-go boxes because I was just done! Got my order to go and still wrong. I get when places are busy, but they weren 't. Our waitress just kept walking past us, didn 't even check on us 1 time. She was more concerned about the table that had more people I would imagine she wanted a bigger tip. I always, I mean always tip well and it was sad to see we were forgotten for what she thought would be a better payday. Worst $60 I have ever spent. We will not be returning."

"I also work at the food service, so I know how it can be. However, I go a lot to this place and I never had such a bad experience. I ordered a Canadian combination by the ride and asked for a sweet tea and my mother-in-law to replace with another Texas toast. When I got my order, I was very disappointed, I spent $15 on 5 alerts (instead of 6), cold pommes, Slav (which I did not order), and only 1 canoe sauce instead of the two should come the combo. Again, I'm not one to complain, but my whole order was messed up. Just about everything..."
