This was my first time eating from here and also my first time trying Pambazos and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was DELICIOUS! The Pambazos reminded me kind of like a birria version of a torta (minus the consumme) the way the bread is soaked in sauce. It was soooo incredibly flavorful and amazing.
