I called before I went in to ask a question. No one answered. To my surprise she called me back. Lol. She was very polite and upbeat answered my questions and I headed on my journey to the restaurant. It is over 30 miles from my home but well worth the drive. The food was fresh well seasoned and they made you feel at home. Sorry I didn't know of your business in Tuscaloosa previous because I would have been a repeat... View all feedback.

"It was introduced by a cousin to play. I wanted to redeem my money on the 15th and was told several waiting times. First 1-5 days, then 2-7 days. It's the 27th and I haven't got anything yet. I spent a lot of money here. And the least they can do is get their information directly. I even recommended some people and they look at me, where is my money? If you want to ask questions, the staff is so rude! You can't get mad with people who spent their money paying you. I just want my winnings and I'm done playing here."

"One thing is not getting what I asked for due to gossip and carry-on verbally. 2nd thing, why I'm I crunching on dirt eating chicken? I do not recommend Chester's at all. There are other choices but eating chicken that you know hit the floor and getting served is a no no. I'm a big chef and I know many people of the state. Of course I'm reporting this to ADOH. If I get sick at least I know who's liable. Dirt is a physical contamination."
