Taiwanese 527 Cafe is a must for all foodies! While the ice is not snowy like in Taiwan, the shave ice is absolutely delectable every time we have it....which is about twice a month winter and weekly summertime. It was disappointing to discover that the restaurant is not open for dine-in, take out only. It was more disappointing that the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup was not good and ended up being about $17. The dish was very salty and the soup had too much of a herb taste. The beef shank itself was tender but way too salty.
