A pub like this feels like a place where everyone knows his name. We were warmly greeted at the door and decided to grab a few seats at the bar. It was full of lunch. Not bad. You have a nice selection of cocktails and beer. Note that they are freshly pressed every orange and lime used in the drinks! We both went with the French dip. It was tasty, the caramelized onion added a nice taste. Fries were good too. The pri... View all feedback.
What mwmm91 doesn't like about Spyhop:
The food was good but didn’t like having to take my whole tables order to the front of the bar to place them! I feel like I should have been waited on. The service was great for like refills and such. View all feedback.
Parking: It's sometimes really hard to find parking in langley. You might have to walk firm your sopt or drive around for a wile.
We drove to different place in Langley, and all of them were closing at 9, and stopped taking orders very early. We stumbled across Spy Hop and they were fantastic all over! From the Bar tender being very friendly, to great fish and chips and drinks ? were fantastic all over! I asked about the island sipper drink, and it was amazing! Freshly squeezed grapefruit with Tito’s nothing beats a refreshing island drink!
This was a great spot for a burger and a beer/cider after wandering around Langley. The atmosphere was laid back and felt very relaxed. The outdoor seating was great. They also had gluten free buns and a great rotating cider option.
This was our second trip to Langley, Washington on the first trip we happened to stop in for a burger and fries (and beers). And that sealed the deal, we HAD to go back on the second trip as well. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and plentiful. The mixed drinks and beer were exceptions, and the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and really top notch from start to finish. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that in the summer, the outdoor seating offers spectacular views of the water, and cool breezes on a hot day. Burgers, fries, tots, cider, beer, and the jalapeno margarita...all excellent.
This is my favorite place when I visit Whidbey Island I love the portabella burgers
