What User likes about Switchback Smokehouse:
I love bbq places and go to them often. This is some of the best bbq I've had in CO. The ribs and bacon are to die for and the pulled pork is good as well. The standard bbq sauce was my favorite. The type of brisket they make here didn't work for us however. For the sides we like the potato salad and the seasonal veggies (the roasted asparagus) the best.Every time I'm hiking in the area I will definitely be stopping... View all feedback.
