"Wife and I stumbled across this restaurant at lunch by accident. Very clean, service was excellent, and portion sizes were great. Food was fresh and well cooked. We had the shrimp garlic, sesame chicken (good cripsy texture), and chicken fried rice (large pieces of chicken not that tiny diced stuff). Definitely recommend if you're in the area. Not sure if they changed things up based on previous reviews but our experience was great."

"Extremely great food! Not bad service. Had to wait an extra 5 minutes for our table to be cleaned because the guy cleaning it was watching the football game. But so was everyone else for the last seconds of the game. So no biggy. Our waiter brought ourdrinks fast and was nice. Will definitely recommend and be back soon!"

"Was planning on grabbing some tacos from Salsas La Huacha (genuinely authentic, decent little taco trailer down the road, $10 and you're full) but realized they were closed when I got there. Figured I'd try this place out as it had good reviews...and I am beyond confused how.Probably the worst Mexican food I've had in my life.I would genuinely rather eat at taco bell.The portion was large, but 2/3rds ended up in the trash...and I'm currently regretting eating the third that I did.Meat had no flavor other than that of burnt oil and was tough, rice was beyond bland and the basic canned refried beans with clumped cheese were...exactly as you'd expect.The guac was almost watery with a bit of Avacado flavor overpowered by the chunks of onion.Chipotle's guac is at least 4x as good and it's not even that great. How an American/Mexican restaurant can beat an authentic Mexican restaurant four fold is beyond me....and it cost $22.Additionally, I ordered takeout, waited for the food to be handed to me from the kitchen, threw it on the seat warmer and drove 5 min home... It was completely cold by the time I got there.Still mind blown by the 4.6 star review.Ya'll need to go eat in Austin, TX or something and then come back to adjust your reviews.Gets a solid star from me."

This locally owned and operated tavern is a great option for a tasty meal, a quick bite or a snack during game time or a local stop after a nearby hike. Service is typically fast and friendly. "Every time I’ve asked for extra crispy or extra well done chicken or fries about 85% of the time I always have to have them make both or at least one of them again. How hard is it to crisp up the fries and chicken longer? I stopped going through the drive they for that reason. People would wait longer in line of I’d complain and I felt bad if I did. Then I gave up and started walking in. Still they couldn’t the order right.Today I had to get my spicy chicken deluxe remade and my large fries remade because they were not extra crispy or extra well done. Even after I specified how I wanted it. Both either came out limp and wet and soggy.After an employee took my sandwich and then said I could keep my fries another employee came to me, probably a shift supervisor, who looked as If she just graduated high school , asked to see my wrong fries I was granted and then threw them away. Great customer service. Didn’t apologize didn’t clarify. Really said nothing except let me see those fries and then threw them away because probably I was eating them. The fries weren’t even for me. She probably thought I wanted something for free and wanted to complain. No. I want my order right like I ask for it. It’s not that hard. Crisp it up. Make it well done."
