Had a birthday party here. Event coordinator was super helpful and responsive, love all the possible add ons. Everyone loved the digitoons. Day of party the staff was so attentive and helpful, really made the party run smooth. This place is nice and clean. The kids had a great time. My biggest issue is that they don’t have on on-site bathroom. This a big deal as you pay for time. My daughter had to go to the restroom so I had to round up the other kids, go to our locker, put on all our shoes and exit and then walk to find a restroom. Will probably not go back to the Kapolei location. View all feedback.
