Went through the drive thru tonight around 10:33 and the young man working the window informed us the credit card machine wasn’t working. He said he would have to ring us up at the front register. What Crystal Varnes doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The customer service wasn’t great and one of the workers ended up rolling her eyes at me and as I was observing around the store they didn’t really pay attention to who was at the front trying to get the customer support and they gave me and my bf the wrong drinks. We order the new freezes and they gave us the strawberry one instead and they never got to us when I was trying to replace the order. View all feedback.
