Excellent late night food. After a day on the beach, we went to Penang at Exiter because it was the only restaurant opened... For take out only!We didn't regret it, food and price is ok. We didn't like the brown rice, but white rice, orange beef and general tso chicken tasted very good. While waiting for our take out we chatted with the owner and he is very friendly, and he enjoyed sharing stories with us. read more.
