The quality of this establishment has been severely degraded over the past year. Service, especially in the drive thru has been getting sower and slower. Be very cautious using the Tim's rewards programs as certain cashiers will charge you the full amount on what is supposed to be a discounted order. This has happened to me personally 4 times in the past two months and I know of at least 3 other instances from others... read more.
