"Came here with some friends without a booking and there wasn’t quite enough space but the owner very kindly moved some chairs to get us in. Food was delicious and a decent price and at the end of the meal we were given free tequila! Would definitely come back here, very friendly service and tasty food"

"This was my first visit to The Salutation. I took a friend there for a special birthday. We don’t live in Topsham so it was a specially researched plan for a treat. She enjoyed her lunch immensely and so did I. Phew! The limited but sophisticated menu made for easy choices. We both loved our meal. The service was welcoming and attentive in a pleasant room. Being glass, it was very light and bright. The food on the plates were beautifully arranged and it tasted as good as it looked. This is not a cheap place but I think it was worth the money for a special occasion. Thank you."
