I always appreciate when some of the employees remember my usual order and have it ready for me before I even reach the front of the line. They do this for me and a few of my colleagues, which shows great attention to customer service. In a fast-paced world, this kind of service makes a real difference. Yesterday, I walked into this restaurant with a voucher we received in the mail for a free donut. The person at the counter tossed it at me with an unfriendly expression. When I asked for a plain donut, they gave me a very unappetizing looking brown one. It seems like they don't want to honor their voucher promotions. I won't be going back. View all feedback.
