In many argentinian restaurants we ate excellent cuts and learned one rule - often they slightly overcook the meat. In other words: if you want your steak medium, ask for rare. This was the case also here. We visited TAba 52 with family, got good quality and a friendly service. If you are close to Canning, Buenos aires, this restaurant is a very good choice. For example! when you ask for meatballs with puré (classic) wait 3 balls of meat that were cooked in well seasoned sauce, with a puree made with butter and milk. This is not the case in taba 52, 2 newly cooked meatballs. in iron or in a fritter. packaged with a watery puré and a tomato puree, without elaboration. ahhh another classic flan or mixed bread budin!
