Despite being the best sushi of fabrian, it is still far from international sushi standards. I recommend more on the quality and freshness of the raw material and simplify the recipes, in my opinion too contaminated by the Italian tradition with too strong flavors like mayonnaise, pistachio and dried tomatoes that cover the fish goto. We went for lunch. A place already known for its location with a permanent exhibition above and recent renovation. The environment is beautiful. Good sushi. Poor price quality ratio. I don't recommend it any better.
