Staff was friendly. Knowledgeable of their tea selection and very helpful when I was trying to decide what teas were close to ones I had before. Very mellow feel and the steampunk decor earns an extra star in my book. Lovely selection of Teas, and Tea related accessories. They also carry teas that aren't just for drinking. I miss the physical store. It was my favorite place to hang out and enjoy a cuppa. Hopefully there is a point they can reopen or at least do pop-ups at festival...

They had the best tea and desserts.
