Siam Square - Fairbanks

What Mariano Ferrutini likes about Siam Square:
I came here a little suspicious of strip mall Thai food in Alaska, but was thoroughly blown away by the portions and the awesome flavors of this food. We ordered the chive dumplings as an app and those were just ok. The pad si ew as a dish was awesome. The highlight being the really fresh slightly chewy noodles. We also ordered the green curry. What Joël Siegrist doesn't like about Siam Square:
Had a great meal with workmates so returned on Sunday. There was only one couple waiting on a meal. It was our lunch break we anticipated a relatively quick dining experience. Nope. Other tables filled up and after 30 minutes, only one of us had a meal. We watched the other diners receive meals and after 45 minutes, we just left. Very disappointed. We'll be finding another Thai place to eat. View all feedback.
