Listen it was busy and at first I wasn’t impressed because I waited so long to be greeted and to get my food, even though it was an online order. however Ms. Whitney made it better. What Lacey Cameron doesn't like about Waffle House:
Slow is an understatement for this location. I ordered online and still waited 40 minutes after arriving and food was wrong and did not look or taste good. Professionalism and customer service training would be extremely helpful here. I would not come back. Hopefully things improve. View all feedback.
I took my granddaughters for waffles. They loved the waffles.
The experience was perfect, and the team’s energy was genuinely the best part of my day.Great food, great people, quick service.
