Wendy's - Fairburn

I had a scary experience at this Wendy's location. I had an issue with my "free food" points on the app, but when I went to the restaurant, the manager, Rainie, handled it with no problem at all! Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and efficiently running the restaurant. Thank you.

Decent Wendy's location. The Drive-Thru is frequently busy, but the service is acceptable. Conveniently located off I-85 near Oakley Industrial area.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The cashier was more focused on flirting with guests, falsely claiming Wendy's doesn't serve fruit (they do). The manager answered their personal phone while behind the counter during lunch, and the staff didn't seem to realize there was a long line of customers waiting. Stay away from this place.

I visited Wendy 's at Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery Alabama, an ordered a spicy chicken meal and chickens Nugget meal. Spicy wasn't in the bag, I returned, they gave me my order again, came home.... SPICY wasn't in the bag. I know why she didn't just check the food? Well, I know that, since I specifically came for it, it was right...ok, so I'm going back to the Speck-Käseburger for a third time and never back or got my Spicy. Staff were friendly but simply not that the service part was down. The one I'm here in GA is great!! It is clean and the orders are correct.

It's hit-or-miss. Especially when you go late after the door! I stopped one night and the order was right and my whole salad was actually full. The next night I stopped as they left my order in front of the window and my salad was placed a half-sized in a full-sized container. I could go in and hopefully the young lady was a manager, but she did it right. Always check your food before you leave the window at this point!
