We ordered ours online. It was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up.The ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS WE ORDERED THE 10 PIECE FAMILY DINNER AND ONLY RECEIVED TWO TINY TARTERSAUCE. it said feed a family of 4, we should have received FOUR TARTER SAUCES. COMMON SENSE SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEONE TO ADD TWO MORE SAUCES. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS IN THE BAG , BUT IT WAS NOT! View all feedback.
What Bree Git doesn't like about Captain D's:
Postmates order for a fish sandwich combo and did not receive the fries, soda or any of the sauces requested so I opted to drive to the location to have it corrected. I didn’t open the sandwich package but I should have. When I returned home this time around I didn’t have the cheese.
