I love the food here, it's made with great care. Not only do the general public love this place, but the staff also love the food. It's always crowded and always busy. A lot of options, and a lot of vegetarian options which I love as well. The place is clean, the staff are nice, and overall it seems like everybody's happy to work there. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
I had the double chicken death. Chicken was overcooked and the floor was a bit soggy and the whole dish was quite tasteless. Even the sauces were tasteless. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
