We did not have a good experience here. For starters an ice cream shop caters to families with children, yet there are a whole lot of stairs you have to ascend in order to get inside. How can they not have a ramp for strollers when that’s your target audience? Next the manager was subtly rude and passive aggressive towards us. Always stop by here when in Fairhope. My wife's family lived in town years ago and brought me here on my first visit to Fairhope, one of their trips back. Grab a shirt every time I go, even met Mr. Gene my first visit. Number 1 stop for us in town, highly recommend. View all feedback.
