"Went in for lunch. Ordered the kung poa chicken bowl, turnip fries, and fire cracker shrimp bowl. The shrimp bowl was correct but the kung poa chicken bowl was ordered with no jalapeño and peanut sauce on the side. The dish came out with jalapeños and sauce on it. I sent it back and was told they brought me the wrong one. Then they brought another one a few minutes later and as you can see in the picture it was just mixed in and spoon was even dirty. I sent it back and cancelled it. The waitress argued with me that it was made new but it clearly wasn?t. The turnip fries were ok but setting in grease and my wife?s shrimp bowl tasted like the shrimp were frozen and were musky. Won?t be back and this was our first time."

"Not good on so many levels! First kids chicken tenders were over cooked, dry and flavorless and all three kids would not eat it! The grilled chicken pesto wrap had very little chicken and the fresh heirloom tomatoes were mushy and uneatable and the pesto was brown (pesto is supposed to be green) and had a very horrible flavor that I couldn 't eat! The $25 lobster roll was mediocre at best and tasted like it had crab and lobster and it 's not a lobster roll when you don 't actually use a roll.. you can call it a lobster and crab gyro. The waitress was nice but the kitchen staff and cooks need to know what a health code is because they were break so many health code violations! If I was the cook I would probably put more into the food then sitting at the bar on my phone and socializing with the other staff. Response to owner response: So as already mentioned the waitress we had was nice and and we payed for the food we ordered and left a tip as well.. I will not ask for a refund of food that I ordered and attempted to eat. As the owner, you should know what is going on in the restaurant and how that may appear to customers, l guess. I would review and enforce a little more strictly standard food service operations. Have a great evening."

"Talk about finding an oasis in the middle of the city, Hope Farm is just magical. The property is absolutely gorgeous, it was tranquil and I truly felt transported to the Country. The menu for lunch had so many choices but I settled on the ceviche because I wanted something light. The shrimp were plump and juicy and although there were jalapenos in the mix it was not spicy (I ordered extra jalapenos and it was perfect for me) The tortilla chips were light and still warm but they just didn't give enough with the meal. I love matcha tea and I ordered the latte and it was divine, I had never had one before. I live in Pensacola and was visiting Fairhope for my birthday and I'm soo glad I found The Hope Farm, I can't wait to return for dinner one day soon."

"Two specials the night we were there last week. One was steak and other was grouper with risotto. I thought I was going to settle for fish, but wanted the steak. Oh my gosh!!! The best fish dinner I've had in my 68 yrs, and the risotto with artichoke and shrimp delicious! No room for deserts but their pastries looked so good we had to take deserts with us. Midnight .....desert was amazing, too!"
