Signature Tap House - Fairview Heights

What Janet T likes about Signature Tap House:
We had a very good meal tonight. We did have a problem with our steaks coming out cold in the middle but our waitress took care of it promptly. Kim the manager is excellent! She apologized and said the grills were turned up too high so the steaks cooked on the outside but the inside was cold. Kim always stops by our table every time we come. What Scott G doesn't like about Signature Tap House:
Food was ok. Just Bar fare and some dinners. Service was bit slow, but maybe because they were shorthanded. But for a place that say tap house I was unimpressed with their selection of drafts. They had a lot of beers available, just not that many on tap. Lot of IPAs, Wiesbeirs, and Lagers. But no Dark beers like Dunkels, Porters, or Stouts except in a can or bottle. View all feedback.
