However, when I addressed the mix-up, the staff were incredibly friendly. They quickly provided me with two proper-sized pieces of bread and even offered me two cookies to replace my missing kitchen sink cookie. It seemed like the production team was a bit more focused on chatting than working, which likely contributed to the confusion with my order. Fortunately, the service team was excellent in rectifying the issue. Overall, I would rate this experience a 7/10. **Meal 2: Delivery** I ordered delivery from this restaurant and my meal arrived hot and fresh, exactly as I had requested. Everything was just as I expected for what I paid, and the order came remarkably quickly. I highly recommend using the Panera app for delivery, as it tends to be much cheaper compared to ordering through third-party services. I’d rate this experience a 10/10. **Meal 3: Fast Pickup** I placed a fast pickup order for 5:40 PM, and when I arrived, my food was already prepared and waiting on the shelf. It was hot and fresh. I was a bit disappointed that my drink order (which cost $4) wasn’t fulfilled, but overall, it was still a good experience. I’d give it an 8/10. **Meal 4:** I ordered two bagels, a cookie, and a $6 smoothie, but they didn’t include the smoothie at all. It seemed like there was an issue with the delivery driver. When I called to inquire, the representative on the phone was neither apologetic nor respectful; she simply stated, “It should go out… you’ll be refunded tomorrow. Bye.” Given how pricey Panera is, having such issues with nearly every order is frustrating.
Panera is a lovely and inviting place. They don't mind if you spend hours there studying or having a meeting. Their soups and sandwiches are absolutely delicious.
