we went for the lunch card that was delicious. we were the second table to sit after the opening, and when our drinks had come, the restaurant was packed, what good, how delicious the eating is a Japanese jewel in the heart of Falkirk View all feedback.
What SuzyQScotlandUk doesn't like about Sumo Noodle:
This restaurant was terrible in every aspect. We received a cold welcome, the entrance was cluttered with boxes, and the fire door was blocked by a freezer. The portions were small, the teriyaki chicken was tough with three skewers of flattened meat and no sauce for £5.60. The three meats in the noodles were extremely tough, like eating leather, for £13.60. This place is overpriced and overrated. I felt sick afterwar... View all feedback.
Open up. the family it operates seems really nice. the staff was friendly and the food was nice. big fried noodles and ramen.
Had a nice dinner here before tier 4 lockdown. Everything was really good! Had some nice sushi and a hot spicy ramen, just as it should be
Carry out. Got home and plated it. Shredded honey roast pork and fried rice, chicken teryaki. Both were grey, bland looking; a rather joyless an unappetising looking pair of dishes. Thats OK if it tastes good. It didn 't. Both dishes were bland. Like a packet rice dish thrown in with some pork or chicken. There was no notion that someone with any cooking skills had been involved. The chicken had the dreaded woody breast (look it up) an awful, fibrous chicken texture. Took both dishes back, got a refund. Not good at all, very disappointing.
Wonderful place with great noodles and tofu options. Friendly staff and really nice light restaurant.
COVID measures perfect, food amazing full of flavour staff attentive. Value for money, great for families or couples
