very friendly staff, good food and absolutely delicious ice cream. play areas and large open grass area to entertain the children. highly recommended.

great friendly service from ann. she didn't even give me a funny look when I asked for milk for free! she even checked the label on the beautiful milk bar discs...

best ice and best service! so a family friendly place where the personal they feel so welcome!

on Sunday with my enkel and my family sat in the milk bar and all enjoyed their lunch. we were so full that we had to take a tub of the wonderful ice cream home...

As a childminder we visit the Milk Barn on a regular basis, we are always made very welcome by the very friendly staff, the food is delicious as is the ice crea...

"I have been reading the reviews about Casci's and must say the people writing negative reviews are talking absolutely rubbish. Gaynor and Chris are excellent hosts always got time for a chat and the food is always very tasty. My grandchildren love going to Casci's cafe they wouldn't go anywhere else."

"Came through for a visit to Kinneil House and Bo'ness for the day from Edinburgh and came in for a sit down Tea. White pudd, fish n chips and smoked haddock n chips Plus bread and butter Pot of Tea was lovely Food was very good quality and fresh and tasty Love the aurhentic look of the whole place Friendly atmosphere We will return Oh and ice creams too"

"Insanely good. Everything from the food to the atmosphere is great! They do the BEST pizza, all sorts of pasta, lasagne (incredible lasagne… , around 5-7 different filled baguettes (one very good vegan one , bruschetta, pastries, brownies, cannoli, homemade gelato, pasta sauces, and the list goes on! If you’re vegan, they have a convenient menu to the left listing your options. Another aspect I love is that they sell their pizzas part baked as an option, which is great for finishing off in the oven later for dinner or if you have people round. Just ask the staff how to heat or prepare any of their dishes and they are very helpful. Personally never sat in to eat however they have enough space for a fair amount on their high stool seated areas. Very welcoming. You won’t regret your visit. Very happy I’m only a 1 min walk to this Italian gem."
