Since the expansion the cafe has deteriorated but today was dreadful. Counter service section had a queue and cakes all looked very ‘tired’ so went to seated area. Had to wait ages to be served, only got attention of waiter by shouting to him. Order came reasonably quickly but without jam. Waited and waited.
