The Steakhouse at Stockmans - Fallon

We went for Valentines Day. The lettuce in the salad was warm and wilted. The prime rib and steaks were undercooked based on the specifications. The baked potato was dry. The server kept trying to take plates while we were still eating like they were rushing us out. We were disappointed in the overall meal as we have had better experience dining here in the past. This steakhouse is very disappointing! No ambiance what so ever. The food is not up to any steakhouse standards. The servers are stressed, and overworked. We have been going to this restaurant for years now. The food has always been amazing but this time it was terrible. My wife ordered a filet mignon medium rare. The state came inch thick and was well done. My prime rib was medium rare but came well done. If I didn’t know better I would swear both steaks were microwaved and the vegetables or canned. I’m not sure why the quality slipped so bad, but we will not be going back

The waitress was forgetful when we requested some items and she didn’t offer us dessert. Towards the middle of the meal we realized we were given each other’s meat order. The meal was good otherwise

Worse meal ever. I've had some bad ones there but this one wins. Potato was still hard green beans were pale and hard yet floppy but the steak was the kicker. Who instructed you to butterfly my filet!?! Looked like the bottom of a shoe,had no flavor. It this is their idea of medium I suggest you order rare or better yet, skip the place all together
