Ordered from Chipotle Mexican Grill via Uber Eats. I got a Veggie Burrito and a side of Chips Guacamole. The Uber Eats has a tracking system just like Grubhub which also has a count down clock so it tells you how much time before the order arrives. Very useful. The Burrito was huge and very good. So very disappointed with this experience. Every staff member we encountered was rude. I felt like every request down the line was an imposition. Additionally, this was one of the dirtiest Chipotle's I'd been to, but we did head there at 1:30pm, so they may not have had time to clean up after the lunch rush. They don't deserve stars. grilled chicken was hard as a rock, burned and we couldn't eat it. they do not care about the customers and the food they prepare. bad management and the only thing they care about in these restaurants is money.
Save your money time!! I stopped to get a chicken bowl and the chicken was extremely hard, old and cold!!! I don’t understand why because they just had open for the day. So everything should’ve been fresh. The chicken bowl was so disgusting to the point I could’ve even eat it. I’m highly upset I spent my money and this is what I get. I tried calling to speak with the manager and of course, they don't answer the phone. Poor customer service.
