They have cleaned up the location so that sharp smell is gone ... now it's just the smell associated with delicious Pho. Love the self-ordering via the kiosk, making the wait-time just a short few minutes while someone assembles the soup in the to-go format. This is a reliable lunch option when I am in the office. What Tiffany Steakhouse doesn't like about Pho&grill Burrito Bowls:
The cashier couldn't speak English, AT ALL! How do you work in customer service and can't communicate with your customers? They had to go get the only English speaking person to the front, everyone else spoke Spanish. The flavor of the Burrito wasn't bad but it was mostly rice and beans. I asked could they put the guacamole inside they looked at me like I had 2 heads! The plantains were under cooked and not sweet. View all feedback.
