I ordered a Sub-Sandwich online, but the store made a small error; however, when I returned and explained the store manager what was wrong with the order, he accepted the error and provided me a new sandwich with the exact ingredients and instructions. What User doesn't like about Subway:
used the app and was charged twice, I told them that is good only make me another sub if they did not credit the difference. after several call to the manager who was worthless and subway HQ to no incident. they finally made me part of the second. live and learn, no more subway. ps to the franchise owner, I am sure that this ineptitude rejects itself from them, on the job.
