We stopped at Seafood Sams after we had made a ride on the bright sea Bikeway. We ordered the fish frit for a family of four and it was a lot of food, but I just couldn't stop there, I also had to get the mussel strips especially for the day! Portions were great and the food was perfectly fried in a light dough and not fat. I would definitely recommend this place for great fast food. View all feedback.
What Alcateru doesn't like about Seafood Sam's:
Pretty bad value ...I got a half plate of haddock and it was only a 4oz fillet I think. There was also a ton of sugar in the baked beans, ew. The very small piece of haddock I did have was very good though and cooked quite nicely View all feedback.
We came by to order a takeout after sunset. The prices have been much compared with some of the older photos. We ordered the fried seafood plate. Make sure you try to sell you when you ask if you want clams, or whole clams / oysters, all cost extra $6. Seafood was good and dough was heavy. Baked to golden crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside.
Threw me off a little when we first entered as you have to order your food from the counter and then done in, but just reminded me of a fish house from back home so no biggie. Got the fried lobster and boy was that a good decision!!! Good portion sized platter with great taste. All staff were friendly even with them all being a younger staff. Says a lot about this place. Feel like we made the right decision by stopping here for dinner.
Good place for seafood and fish. The swordfish with baked potato and coleslaw tasted great, was cooked well, and was a pretty good deal at $19.99. They have indood and outdoor dining and the whole place was very clean. Would eat here again when in the Falmouth area.
Delicious and quick. Glad to have a real menu and not a QRC code. Outside seating available in 2 locations.
Ahh yes, Seafood Sams, home to the best seafood around. My fiancé and I are huge seafood snobs and Seafood Sams is our number one choice. Perfect amount of batter, fresh seafood, great portions, AWESOME tarter sauce that I can soak my clams in. We take a trip almost every weekend during the summer. I’m actually glad they close a few months a year so it gives me a chance to drop some of the weight I’ve gained from there. Owner is a great guy, great customer service. A little unethical how they put cookies right in your face at the register because it gets me every time. We are addicted to Seafood Sams and it’s an addiction we are not willing to give up. We have yet to find anywhere that that has perfected the art of fried seafood like Seafood Sams has. It’s my home away from home and I’m not afraid to let people know. One look at my physique and you know I have a body by Seafood Sams. I leave my Seafood Sams hat displayed on the dash in my truck when I’m not rockin’ it. (Thanks Mike) It’s also located at the perfect location located right next to the bike path so you can walk-off some calories and make room for some ice cream for the car ride home. I may have to switch to some baked seafood this year so I can fit into my wedding suit.
