"It 's the first time I 'm writing a negative review under the name of a restaurant considered bad in Suceava. A reservation was made on March 7 for the evening of March 8 at 8:00 p.m. We arrived at the restaurant at 20:14, at which point the young waitress looked at us reproachfully and told us that we were late and gave us our meal. Our mistake is that we didn 't call a quarter of an hour before announcing that we were going to be late, but the restaurant staff showed unprofessionalism and incompetence by the simple fact that they don 't have in their list of responsibilities to make sure by phone call if the reservation remains valid or the little to call us at 20:00 to warn us that they have acquaintances who are waiting to be led to a table already reserved, by the way. Well, we were led upstairs to a couch with a table that was at knee level where you couldn 't eat. I tried to talk to the manager, who was not too bothered by the situation. He told us the same thing and that if something is released in the meantime, we will take a seat at the normal table. To top it all off, I ordered the Delicacy salad which costs 70 lei, which is not worth the money and which came with half an avocado camouflaged with seeds on top and brown on the inside. I asked the waiter to go with the plate to ask the chef if he could eat the rotten avocado. Dpmdv, they should have sent an apology and bonus for such a blunder, but they sure lost 2 loyal customers. You have a lot to work on in terms of kindness and respect towards customers. Maybe you should take a trip outside or at least around Eker/Latino ; . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"The evening started out promising as this restaurant has a great atmosphere and our server was very sweet. The homemade bread was amazing, as was the wine our server recommended! But, unfortunately our experience went downhill from there as the ciorba, salad then main...courses arrived. The ciorba de perisoare broth was lacking flavor, and the meatballs were boarder-line dry. The salad had a honey mustard dressing with a thick gelatin consistency (very unappetizing). The lamb chops came plated on a cold celery purée, which according to the waitress when asked, was for decoration to enhance the presentation… as plating hot meat on something cold just doesn’t make sense! The mushroom risotto was good, but not consistent texture throughout, cold/hot and dry/moist. Being a restaurant in Romania, they were playing Whitney Houston on the patio speaker system. We asked if they could change the music and were told that it’s not possible, then they turned the volume down to where it was almost nonexistent. As mentioned, the wine the waitress recommended was very good, the best on their menu, and she recommended decanting it… and then brought a dirty decanter that she poured the wine into we only noticed as it sat on our table reflecting the dirty spots in the candlelight. Overall, we had a nice experience because of the atmosphere and service, and some good items, but definitely a disappointment in the big picture, and food quality."

"Nice setting, the food is good: tasty ribs and fries with parmigiano, parsley and garlic. What they really lack is a minimum selection of truly craft beers. Not many to choose from. Overall a good place."
