Depuis quelques années une étape à Fanjeaux le restaurant Cathare est obligatoire. Un accueil agréable et simple avec plaisir. Des salles et une terrasse côté rue. Nous avions réservé car vite complet. Service rapide et des plats "maison". La déco est sommaire mais l'intérêt est dans l'assiette. Mon choix "Menu découverte" à 22€: entrée, plat, dessert.
