Unfortunately it appears as though this fantastic cafe has shutdown permanently!! This was the only place with great coffee in Cas, and the food was top notch sad to see it gone. View all feedback.

What VATH VATH doesn't like about Le Bistro Rakuya:
this place use to really stand out from everywhere else because it had everything from favour, portions and price but it seems to have increased in price a lot for what it is which was disappointing.got the dumplings, fried chicken, pork and rice and another dish which i think it was beef and rice dish, not sure. all tasted great. a bit of a wait. no room to eat inside as its really small and couldn't fit stroller in...
